ABOUT ME
I am a product designer with a background in hospitality, which shaped my deep curiosity for people and how they interact with the world around them.
My design approach sits at the intersection of user behavior, business needs, and emerging technology -always driven by the question: How can this be better?

My UX Journey
Early Days
Right after high school, I wanted to pursue hospitality, so I joined STEP, The Oberoi Group’s flagship program for hospitality management. I loved my time there—I got to interact with people from different backgrounds and genuinely enjoyed delighting them. But over time, I realized that while I loved making people happy, the industry itself wasn’t the right fit for me.
Covid and life
When COVID hit, I was in the middle of completing my bachelor's in hospitality. At the same time, I started exploring other career paths beyond hospitality. I eventually graduated in 2022, still unsure of what was next but eager to find something that truly clicked.
Discovering UX
I randomly came across a UX job posting on LinkedIn, and curiosity got the best of me. That curiosity led me to Figma, and before I knew it, I was deep-diving into UX. It felt like the perfect mix of creativity, problem-solving, and understanding people—something I had always enjoyed in hospitality. I joined a UX bootcamp at Masters' Union, where I worked on my first projects and got hands-on experience designing end-to-end solutions.
Internship & Learning the Ropes
A few months after finishing my bootcamp, I landed my first UX internship at Zemoso. It was my first deep dive into SaaS and enterprise design—learning about user management systems, cybersecurity platforms, and how businesses operate behind the scenes. My final project was focused on leveraging AI agents to streamline work for frontline managers in factories.
Now
Currently, I'm on the lookout for new internships and full-time roles as a product designer. I’m constantly learning—keeping up with new tools, AI, and everything changing in the industry. I'm also exploring options for a Master's degree to further refine my skills and deepen my understanding of UX.
